What info to put on a medical alert bracelet?

Hi everyone, I’m newly diagnosed and getting my head around it all. Just wondering what/how much info Type 1s put on your medical alerts? For the ICE number Diabetes nurse at hospital suggested my GP’s number but they don’t always answer, neither does my partner so am concluding just to put simply ‘Type 1 Diabetic’. Anyone put anything else that could be useful?

I've got insulin dependent diabetes, allergies and asthma on mine.

Bear in mind the concept of medical alert bracelets - there isn't a great deal of room on the actual bracelet itself, but there is a phone number and your unique membership number, with the idea that if you're found unresponsive, medical staff will ring the number which is manned 24/7. Whoever answere will have access to all the info you gave them when you filled in your membership application, for example gp, emergency contact, medications, any medical conditions etc, etc.

Front Medical alert sign
"On Insulin
Give Glucose
If Unresponsive "

reverse side
Emergency contact number

Not perfect but I travel a lot and the message needs to be simple.

I wear a silicone wristband, on one side it says 'type 1 diabetes' and on the other it says 'insulin pump'.
On my phone there's an emergency info bit, although I honestly have no idea how it's accessed, which has the same things plus my husbands number and it says not to remove my pump without consent.
If I ever work out how to find it again I'm going to add my NHS number

If you google MedicAlert uk, it's the one with the phone number 01908 951045. There are other similar organisations, but for me this one gave me peace of mind.

My pendant and wallet card have a QR Code on it them leads to a website with all my medical info, medications etc. when scanned by a mobile phone.

Mine is a cheap silicone band (waterproof and seems to be indestructible) that states “Medical alert Type 1 diabetes insulin dependent” - paramedics said it was ideal!

I also have a medic alert bracelet it says diabetes type 2, lymphodema left arm, no IV or BP on left arm. Every year they ask me if any changes are necessary. Their 24 hour phone number is also on it and they can give any medic calling details of my conditions and my doctors contact details and my emergency contact details.
