New HbA1c test results

Last HbA1c 5.6=38 (6 months ago)
Missed A1c (3 months ago) traveling, it was going to be high anyway.
Today got tested and got results 5.6=38

It’s not easy eating almost the same things everyday, but it pays off.

Well done on your HbA1C results.
However I am concerned you are eating almost the same thing every day.
Maybe now you have got a handle on you diabetes management, you can experiment with some different foods to make eating fun rather than a chore.

I like the word chore, this chore keeps me away from Metformin. I don't take any medicine. I trained myself to get kicks somewhere else beside food. My metabolism is very good.

I make all my meals fresh from scratches .I eat no canned food, I do lots of testing. The Great British Baking Show is my favorite and I don’t eat sweets. Thanks for the reply and suggestions.
