Improving !! :)

I was diagnosed in May this year with an hba1c of 75, and high cholesterol. The nurse agreed to let me have three months to show an improvement, with no drugs prescribed. I had my three month test just over a week ago.... my hba1c is down to 54, and my cholesterol is down to 3.1 which doesn't need any treatment. Everyone mega pleased with the results (including me)... got an appointment with DN on the 9th... the instructions from the docs.... "well done, keep on doing whatever you are doing"... :)... Kinda hoped it would have been a bit lower, but the first month threw me, and probably skewed the other two..... never mind..... onwards and upwards...... Keto diet rules ! :). This forum has been an invaluable resource... thank you ......
