The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
Well my results came in and its 50 so down from the previous 54 - on the right path which DN was ecstatic with especially seeing as I have reduced without meds and reduced through diet and exercise. The fasting for cholesterol was not done for some reason so I am having my Hba1c done again in 3 months along with cholesterol. Hope my bg goes down again as I am in the 5s now and hope this will be reflected in the result. Nothing untoward on the other tests so all good . Would have loved my result to be lower but I have come a really long way from the 20 plus mmols when first diagnosed so I can pat myself on the back for that one!!

Thanks, the nurse didn't ask as she knew but I could have rubbed it in but I took the higher ground :hilarious:
 
Thanks everyone I am looking forward to seeing what it is in 3 months. Cranked the exercise up today 40 mins of hard work on spinning bike but no weighs as I still cannot tunnel my way through the front bedroom at the moment where my weighs are :facepalm:
