Help on injections in denmark

Hello I currently work for an agency and we look after a client who has metformin and 14 units of lanctus this linctus is given by community nurses once every morning. The client wants to go on holiday from the UK to Denmark. But he needs to have someone come and give his insulin while he enjoys a holiday in Denmark. Can someone help me how I can arrange this do he can enjoy a holiday in Denmark
