I've always believed that full (normal!) fat dairy was healthy and most importantly, normal and natural. I've never seen the point in taking a food that in its basic form (milk) nature has intended to be used to feed and build up healthy babies, both animal and human, and removing all the fatty goodness drom it, and then needing to add other "stuff" to make it palatable again.

I won't claim to ne a great fat fan but the only times I've preferred lower fat was to use semi skimmed milk in my tea. I can remember in the 1960s when low fat first became the latest dietary In Thing, and trying the original version of low fat yoghurt and thinking that this must be what chalky water would taste like like....:yuck::yuck::yuck:

But the main point of my post is that when looking for something else I've just found this article by someone else who shares my opinion, and I thought it might be useful for anyone attempting LCHF or keto but concerned about adding more (AKA normal) fat to their diet:

Thank you, that’s useful, reassuring and makes me wonder how many of us were brought up on a low fat diet which might have contributed to our conditions. I certainly was!
