Hello everyone. i am graham Type 2 Diabetic some 20 years and I have never been able to control it. My numbers are always in the teen mostly high.

Welcome to the forums. 20 years with high blood sugar is scary. Do you measure your blood sugar? Have you tried low-carb? Do you want to turn your health situation around?
