question about FreeStyle Optimum ketone sticks readings

Does anyone have an explanation of the readings, please? I telephoned FreeStyle a couple of months ago to tell them that the print in the leaflet inside the box was too small for me to read. They promised to send a larger-print leaflet, but none came.

I am asking because last night my reading was 0.7 and the screen just says 'high'. I am no longer worried because this morning the reading had come down to 0.5, but I would like to know the range.

If you do a blood ketone test: lower than 0.6mmol/L is a normal reading. 0.6 to 1.5mmol/L means you're at a slightly increased risk of DKA and you should test again in 2 hours. 1.6 to 2.9mmol/L means you're at an increased risk of DKA and should contact your diabetes team or GP as soon as possible.

Thank you Becca!
