Pasta to live and love

Ah could be the combination. I often had a salad with the pasta meal & they use fresh ingredients rather than processed sauces. Very little alcohol.

Also, I have found an acidic, ie. vinegar or citrus juice, based dressing also helps.
 
I have been replacing spaghetti with thinly sliced sweetheart cabbage stir fried in olive oil with black pepper and black onion seeds. It is way nicer then it sounds , is a great carrier for the sauce and I’m not missing the real thing at all.
I’ll be giving that a try, thank you.
