Hi all Im new to this as recently told I am prediabetic Type 2.
I got a meter and started today at 7.30am with a reading of 6.8, had my porridge without sugar but a pinch of groung ginger. and milk, delicious with a cup of green tea..
The reading at 9.30am was 5.8 so that seems ok. The reading came down so I assumed that my breakfast was acceptable.
My question is if I have some fruit for lounch say an apple and a banana do I have to do the 2 hour routine again and again for tonights dinner?
If so is that what I do now everyday for ever?
