The Dexcom One has the same form factor to the Dexcom G6 with a separate transmitter which lasts 3 months ... Dexcom One
The Dexcom One+ has the same form factor as the Dexcom G7 with integrated transmitter ... Dexcom One+
You can position the sensors in the same place for one or one+ - abdomen or back of upper arm ... https://www.dexcom.com/en-IE/faqs/where-do-i-insert-my-dexcom-one-plus-sensor
Both sensors last 10 days.
Some of the key differences are ...
Warm up time is 30 minutes on the One+ but 2hrs on the One.
The One+ has a 12 hour grace period at the end of the 10 days.
There are some difference between the Dexcom One App and the Dexcom One+ App. The Dexcom One+ App allows you to enter events - Blood Glucose calibrations, Insulin (fast acting, long acting), meal carbs, activity and note. You can see these events if you hold your phone horizontally rather than vertically. The notes also appear on Clarity reports.
The One+ App does not have a Reports button, but does have a Clarity summary below the glucose readings showing average glucose, GMI, Time in Range for selected days - 3, 7, 14 or 30 days.. You need to use the Clarity App to see reports.
The Dexcom One+ is also cheaper then the One. The One+ costs £79/month or £229 for 3 months.
