Hello iv been diabetic since I was 18 now 39 my feet have started to go numb the whole feet is there anything I can do to get feeling back

Having seen you post and the lack of response I thought I’d just chip in.

Sorry but I don’t have any answers but have to say it’s good that you are asking questions as it doesn’t sound good

If no one has an answer here do go see a doctor , if they can’t help keep asking elsewhere

Best of luck

I'm a bit the same as you. I have had cold feet since I was a kid and am a 20 year diabetic. Now I have 2 bung knees that need replacing but am inoperable due to obesity. I dont think its neuropathy because I can feel all the tests they give me but suspect it is some sort of vascular disease as mine has now progressed on sme days to my upper calves. So you should see a Dr and get to the bottom of it. I dont move around much as my legs hurt a lot but I have been so much happier after investing in a heated throw which I use 24/7. If you have a desk job it is also possible to get little heated foot envelope/blanket which you could stick under your desk to alleviate the feeling of cold.
