Hi I am new to this (using a monitor) I am type 2 and trying to look after myself. I have been using the monitor for 3 days and have had a few peaks if 14 and a few dips of 3.6. Can anyone advise how long after eating should my sugar peak. I have a sweet tooth and like a biscuit with a coffee (I know I shouldn’t) my average over 3 days has been 7.5. It’s the peaks and dips I am concerned about thanks x
