My accucheck instant wont pair with my phone. This was working before, buy then I hadnt used it in a while and now I've come back to it and I cant get it to pair

I've tried:

- Using a different account on mysugr
- Deleting mysugr clearing cache and all data and starting over.
- Resetting the bluetooth on my phone
- Using a different phone
- Removing the batteries and resetting the accucheck, the memory won't clear and it still wont pair.

Can someone help?

Are you pairing through the app or trying through the phones Bluetooth settings?

Have you deleted all Bluetooth pairings in the meter?

I'm doing it through the app, if I try via the phones bluetooth no device is seen.
Have you deleted all Bluetooth pairings in the meter?

You mean on the accucheck itself? I have no idea how to do this...

What happens in Mysugr is it finds the device after I hold down the power button on the accucheck. Then I click to connect and I click "Next" to enter a PIN code. At this point no pin code prompt appears and instead it says "Sorry we could not connect your device"

If the instant is already paired it will refuse further pairings so you need to delete those on the meter

If there is no menu todo that you can reset the meter the instruction are easily found on Google involves taking the batteries out
