A greggs one again? Fridays seem to be the day for sausage rolls. I had one today too but not from Greggs it was a homemade one with low carb pastry - I don’t drink diet drinks often but I do enjoy a Pepsi Max & a sugar free Irn Bru now & then

I had one too. I cooked it but didn't make it. It wasn't all that nice. I do prefer Greggs, though.

I’ve had an Indian dish tonight made by my hubby Chicken shashlik & homemade saag paneer.

Did you test your blood sugar after eating these @julieclarke? All those carbs & fast acting sugars would have put my blood sugar in double figures, probably around 16 or so and I would have felt quite ill for a little while. Did you feel sleepy after eating them?

Full fat or diet? I usually have Pepsi Max (when I have a vodka).
