I make my own fish cakes @julieclarke . I buy some cheap white fish, bake it in the oven, then mixed it with mash potato , salt, pepper and chives. Roll them in breadcrumbs then fry them .

I had some fruit pastels

I use fruit pastels to treat my blood sugar when it’s too low. Eating three of them raises my blood sugar very quickly.
