Welcome to the forum.
Could you clarify. What sort of trouble. Problem with the product or actually sourcing the needles?

It's more of a problem of the pens I think, very tight fit and very hard to unscrew the needles My daughter uses the same pens and is having the same problem. My husband is on a different medication and uses the same needles (31G) on his pen (another make of pen) and they fit perfectly.
