Hi I’m julieclarke I’ve joined to find out more about T2 diabetes

I do miss pasta (and potatoes!) but tend to avoid those now due to the carb content.

My wife sometimes makes a lasagne with cabbage leaves instead of pasta and that's pretty decent. I've tried some of the low-carb pasta alternatives and they're okish, but not as good as the real thing.

I tend to eat more turnip that potato now.
