What's your experiences on the Omnipod 5 pump?

I went back to auto yesterday. Now on my second day my levels have been high for 2 hours 14.2.
One thing I have not said also is I have had severe laser eye treatment 20 years ago to stop bleeds. I cannot have any more ( max done) so if I get any more bleeds? What the eye dept told me was keep my levels low. and this is what I have. I don't know what I can do. I just did a correction via the pod system. So a catch 22. If I correct it might ruin the algorithm if I don't the pod might make me blind. Had enough...

I think different approaches suit different people.
I'm doing well on MDI because it let's me prebolus and adjust ratios as I go, a friend of mine loves her Medtronic pump because the algorithm works for her, others do well on the Omnipod.

And for all those approaches there are as many people who have trouble with it, there really is no 'best' system, it's very individual.
