Nothing like a bit of “festival food.”
My experience with bratwurst is band catering in Europe.

Went for cooking a chicken curry tonight with a little rice. Rice is the only carb I can successfully bolus for.

How are you coping with hot weather, @julieclarke ?

I don’t feel like cooking, not very hungry, but had scrambled egg and mushrooms for breakfast, and will have some cold chicken with baked veg later. Sugar free jelly and a spoonful of cream. Drinking lots of water to stay hydrated.
