Anyone else having problems with the Minimed mobile app this afternoon?
My version on an iPhone has unpaired from the pump and failed to pair again.
I’ve removed the pump from the app, reset it on the app but no joy. It just fails to pair.
I was wondering whether it was my phone which runs on iOS twenty-six or the app itself.

I have, but I’ll do it again. I’ve also removed the app and re- downloaded. After that I tried to pair the pump with the new code from the newly-installed app. No joy.
It’s hard managing this beast with no record of what doses the pump’s given and the trend.
 
I may have found the reason.
Looking through the phone’s settings I see that it’s automatically updated to iOS twenty-six . five but the Minimed app only works up to twenty-four . five. Bah!! And much naughtier words!!
I’ll have to find out how to get back to the previous iOS.
It seems lax of Minimed not to update its operating capabilities when phones are moving forward.

I’m on Medtronic [emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]g with Simplera sensor, both my phone and watch are using [emoji6].[emoji6], I’ve just had Sensor updating for about hour. I repaired current pump and it’s up and running again. Try repairing current pump on your phone.

I’m on iOS 26.6 and it’s working perfectly. Maybe another wild shot - try turning Bluetooth off and then on again in settings.
 
I’ve already deleted and reloaded the app, and tried to pair the pump but no joy.
I’ll take the pump, this new phone and my previous phone to a mobile centre tomorrow as I fear I may need to reset to factory settings to get it all going again but I hope it won’t come to that.
If your devices are paired iOS twenty-six Dexta then I probably need help getting mine to work.
It was so much easier to keep devices working when I was young when all clocks were wind up ones and the phone had a rotary dial
 
I tried turning Bluetooth on and off again. It told me that the pump wasn’t connected; when I tried to connect it advised that the pump should be turned on, it is, and in range. It’s six inches from my phone.

Third time of trying, of removing the pump from Bluetooth and then re-pairing on phone and it’s worked.
Hooray!
The graph’s a bit of a shocker - many more highs than usual - just shows how much having the trends and progress in sight helps to keep us healthier.
Such a relief to have it back again!
And a relief not to make a journey to the phone experts or to have to take it back to factory settings.

Glad you got it paired again, oddly enough I was having issues on my recently updated iPad the other day, I had to unpair and pair my pump about 5 times that day and sometimes it just kept giving the failed to pair error.

Usually you don’t have to worry about “point” updates as they are just minor bug fixes, it’s only when the major updates come out with the new phones in September you should hold off on updating
