It happens.

I found it helps to calculate how many carbs I'd need if I had injected the overdose.
I don't know what your usual breakfast looks like, but adding orange juice or something sweet adds up the carbs pretty quick, and having a plan on what to eat when I make a mistake makes it much less scary, just another calculation for food.
