I was just thinking, wouldn't it be nice if Hartleys made some new flavours of sugar free jelly? I've heard of pineapple and cherry flavours, it'd make a nice change.

Weight Watchers have 3 flavours, orange, blackcurrant and strawberry and raspberry (Combined). I will often throw a mix of flavours in together.
They are vegetarian too.

Dictators who positively go out of their way to force misery, tears and fears, upon their countryman's lives.
Politicians who, in dealing with dictators, have a wishbone where a backbone should be.

Hello Lenny, I'm not sure if I've picked you up correctly, but Hartleys do make sugar free jellies.
I love them, though for me they taste far nicer if whisked up with a fork in their small plastic container.
Raspberry, Strawberry, & Orange flavours available in Tesco's
It's the orange flavour I like. The consistency of the Raspberry is not to my liking. LOL

Best wishes.

willie.

It's an american import, mostly found online (unless you have a big tesco with an american section) but jell-o make a sugar free cherry jelly. It's quite nice. It sets without putting it in the fridge, which I found odd!

My mum used to put the jelly bowl outside with a plate on top and a brick on top of the plate, in case a cat knocked the plate off....no jelly!

A diabetic lady I know has a neat trick that I will share with you all .

Lime flavoured sugar free jelly is best with this one 'okay'

She uses half of DIET lemonade after the other half being hot water .
When making the jelly .

This makes the jelly fizzy 'her kid plus friends' love it with cream !
I confess - so do I too !
Had to share this with you all .

Oh yes, lovely! Thanks for reminding me :). When my kids were small I used to wait until the jelly was almost set and whisk it with an electric hand whisk. The bubbles gave it a honeycomb effect :)

The jell-o stuff starts setting right away... no idea what kind of unnatural substance it's made from, but next time I'll have a look on the packet!

Jelly made with fizzy pop is great. I also make my own with gelatine sachets.

I had been thinking about that luceeloo, so could you use gelatine packet with say a sugar free squash to flavour it?

Can you get ready-made sugar free jelly in tubs? Been looking for them but no joy so far, just the sugary ones.

Yes Garr, I've bought it in Tesco. However it's cheaper to make up a pint from a packet and put it in your own pots. One packet = One pint = 4 pots...:)
