Hi all,

Found this today (apologies if it's been posted before). Thought it might prove useful to some if they're off to see the nutritionist any time soon; having studies disproving most of their assertions in one place can only be a good thing!

Hope this is the best place to post it.

Best wishes for a healthy and happy new year.

thank you for the link, I'm actually going to speak to a nutritionist in a few weeks, she's a nice lady and I think I'd like to print this off and take it in with me to discuss with her, she seems to be quite open about different idea's and view's so it would be interesting to see that she makes o this :)

I'd read some of his "evidence" from his links first, it's quite interesting.
Was is this thread not long ago.

there is so much conflicting information out there! I think some of what he's said and linked to is interesting. but I also factor in that everyone is different to some degree. no two bodies work quite the same way.

how are we all not dead from the total miss mash of information out there? (so glad i found this place :) no sarcasm in that statement at all, promise)
