In a cafe, fried bacon eggs and mushrooms - my favourite!

I can tolerate 1 Weetabix for breakfast, or 1 Shredded Wheat but your friend would have to test before and after. I haven't tried any other breakfast cereal so far. If he can eat eggs then scambled egg with bacon?

Lump of cheese or cheese string type thing. Hard boiled eggs, salami sticks. Cooked left over (low carb) sauages, or any meat.

great ideas there and very welcome will pass on all helps him as his dn still tells him to eat rice pasta and spuds :(

I travel a lot adn generally go with omlette, poached eggs etc as low carb options, or things like porridge and fruit which I can easily count carbs in and dose appropriately.
