Physiotherapy....

Hellooo,

I have finally been referred for physiotherapy and I know this may sound stupid but are you allowed to chose whether you see a male or female, as I feel more comfortable with a female physiotherapist than a male....stupid i know!
 
These days most physiotherapy involves them giving you exercise to do for your self rather than massage/manipulation

The best thing to do is to ring the Physio Dept and say that you have been referred and ask if when they make your appointment that they will assign you to a female physiotherapist.
