We know how many of you on this forum do LCHF and do very well on it but we also know many HCP are against it so if yours is one who does not approve do you actually tell the truth about your diet when you see your GP or DN or do you just tell them what they want to hear.
As a prediabetic my diet is low fat and I don't eat much in the way of rice pasta and bread and no high sugar foods been doing this for years and I don't need to loose weight I know my GP would never approve of a high fat diet for anyone not just diabetics If I do become diabetic eventually and start to do LCHF would I feel I could tell the doctor or DN that I was
