Can I freeze normal plain non bio yogurt . Really fancy ice cream but I'm gonna be good so wondered if I could freeze a small bit of yogurt

Ice- cream recipe found on side of cream carton. The original had sugar but don't see why sugar can't be substituted for sugar!

200ml whipping or double cream
200g frozen berries
2 dsp stevia
Blitz in food processor for 30 secs. Eat immediately!
Doesn't freeze !

Tip: blitz berries first to get them into smaller pieces for 15 secs! Only makes very small quantity!

Once you start on it there will be none left to freeze!

I do same but with yogurt instead of cream. With cold yogurt & frozen berries, almost @ icecream so into freezer for while !

I do the same as FergusCrawford, blitz Lidl's Greek Yogurt with berries and put in freezer for a short while, lovely. If you freeze it it becomes solid

Yes you can freeze small amount of yogurt in the fridge for an hour.
