Another good day today thanks to a long walk round central London - 19019 steps so far. The Mapmywalk application said I'd walked around 10.5 miles which seems a little high.

15,092 and 10.7 km apparently pretty good day!

Must be a really good job to make you put up with that Dave, sounds harsh :( can't you go on strike, then eat, then row?

Today a PB of 21788 .. a stonkin' 10.98km .. Yay!! ... now heading for the couch :couchpotato: ... after some SF raspberry jelly with a dollop of cream .. natch!

It has it's moments. Late March is always like this due to a Government deadline.

Never been daibetic this time of year though.

When I tested before dinner though, BG was only 4.6.

Will run tomorrow morning.

Watcha got?

I've been sorting out the productive patch myself. This year I'll have gooseberries, raspberries, honeyberries, blackcurrants, apples and pears. My Cherries and greengages are new trees so probably won't produce this year.

Veggies are getting planted as well

I've got raspberries (autumn & summer fruiting), blackcurrants & blackberries, at the moment, and am planting blueberries this year. I also have a large strawberry patch - a good feed and it'll be off and running. My plan is to add dwarf pear & apple trees next year. I love cherries .... can't seem to find dwarf stock though ... maybe it doesn't exist? Last frost here is not until early May, so the veg is being started off under cover. I have a BIG allotment to fill. Lots of lovely green stuff.

Honeyberries sound nice - I've not tried them - are they lowish in carbs?

The honeyberries are a new one for me as well, they've only just gone out in the garden haviing been in small pots, overwintering in the greenhouse for 18 months.

My veggies are just propagating at the moment on windowsills, greenhouse, cold frame etc.

When you say frosts here til May, where is that?

I got my latest few fruit trees from here http://www.applesandorchards.org.uk/ , all East Anglia heritage varieties. not many self fertiel cherries, so you'd need two trees.

Finally ran this morning, first time since Saturday.

Not far, only 7.5km, but glad to finally get out there. No Garmin data either due to flat battery.

i grow all my veg in isle 1

Isle or aisle?! Hehe

I haven't been out running either due to a course I'm on meaning I finish late daily. Hoping to get out in the fog and frost tonight for a small one, probably just 2K. Just to get me out of the house!

Ah yes, aisle 1 on the isle of asda. Left at the isle of dogs, but if you hit the isle of blue dolphins you've gone too far

if you hit the isle of blue dolphins round here, it means you spent too much time down the magic mushroom Aisle :)
