yes tapering, its great lol, im doing only 3 miles saturday, 6 miles sunday and even less next week, and its guilt free next friday ill do 2 miles slowly then the race is sunday, im getting very excited its hard to not think about it all the time, i will be a state by the race lol

i reckon ill be on the telly on tower bridge as i know where the tv cameras are, so ill purposly be trying to get on lol ill have an bright green childrens trust top on, im still debating if i should iron on my name or not, i was also contemplating ironing on "24.9 to 26.2" my dx number or 26.2 mmol

26.2 is the number of miles in a marathon just in case ya didnt know im sure you did

Ah just had a look at BBCiPlayer and the programmes are only available to people in the UK so I will have to rely on YouTube perhaps. Never mind, I will have to have detailed reports ok?
