Does it taste any good?

Well I still prefer the burgen bread or soya with seed, I can digest them better and I never eat the the crusts...X

Hmm. I think I'll just stick to an occasional slice of ordinary wholemeal with my breakfast eggs. It's all subjective and personal taste of course, but I never liked 'seedy' bread except when the seeds were just on the top.

It's ok, but I would happily eat any of the others - If they didn't send my BG sky high.

Livlife is the only one that doesn't. So if I want bread...

when you cant eat bread.....its Amazing, i love it toasted! Kat is fortunate to be able to eat others :)

I love this , it's the only one that doesn't spike me :)
Unfortunately when I got to Waitrose , there was only one lonely loaf left so no BOGOF:confused:

Ooh I hate that! I think when that happens, you should be allowed to steal it :jimlad:

I find if I go to Waitrose in the afternoon the odds are they will have sold, I try to get there before 10am usually enough on the shelf then.

I like it. It is nice and seedy. I freeze it 2 slices to a bag.

I didn't know they made croissants...probably just as well!
They do make croissants and they are really nice and light , I like mine warm with melted cheese in for lunch about once a month ...
There are four in a packet .....waitrose...and they freeze well.....:)
