Sorry folks, I am back to hound you again! I suspect it's a good sign that my FBG seems to be almost always in the 4s now, sometimes around 4.2/4.3 I don't eat supper any more. This is as much for the fact that eating late plays my acid problem up. I do realise though, that this means I have had nothing in my stomach from around 6.30pm which doesn't sound a good thing. Add to that the fact that I can't eat breakfast as soon as I get up, and I am wondering if I am not doing my body any favours.
I have been having a piece of Burgen toast with peanut butter every morning at around 10-10.30am for the last week or so and to be honest, I have this because I absolutely can't think of anything else. I can't do the egg thing straight away in the day. I am not tolerating full fat yoghurt and fruit well. I see some people eat all-bran and wondering if I should try though I am not fond of the stuff. This morning I have cut off a piece of cheese and thrown a handful of berries in a ramakin. (not cheese and berries mixed!). What a crazy breakfast! I just don't want to get stuck with burgen and peanut butter for breakfast for the rest of my life!
So, do you eat supper and if so what are you likely to have? What do you have for breakfast? Do you think my FBG are so low simply because I haven't eaten since dinner the night before? (I may have had a cheesestring around 10pm on the odd night though)
