Don't know what to do guys.

your morning BG is a combination of dawn phenomenon, how much insulin resistance you have and any impaired pancreas output.
If you make sure your post meal reading are ok, the morning reading should come down over time, if not, I found metformin slow release is a good med.
I don't know if you have seen these sites.

Thank you my fasting one seemed pretty good over the two weeks I have been doing it some 5 .8 6. Plus but his is the only second time I have seen this. The thing is my pre meals are roughly between the 6 .8 and 7.4 mark and I take them two hrs later and them seem about the same ??? I am going to post a new thread as I have my meeting with the nurse tomorrow and I think I am getting really worried . Thank you for the links I am more worried as at the moment I am not eating much as I have no sense of taste and it's effecting appetite. So want to get this right .
