You may well be but if you are then I don't see how you have survived 3 years without a diagnosis! Best bet is to go to the doctors and get a full health check??? :) Good Luck

And also with diabetes symptoms it would be frequent hunger, thirst etc

My opinion...? Get to a doctor & have the tests run...

Hi,

I see you are in Malta. I have no idea how these things work in Malta. Here in the UK we have the NHS so we just go to the doctor and he organises the tests, which are free. You need a venous blood test, and possibly other ones depending on what the doctor thinks. In the UK for Type 2 diabetes initial diagnosis is usually made with a fasting blood glucose test followed by an HbA1c blood test.

Thanks do u know which is the cheapest test?I'll only do one due to limit budget

I just noticed from your profile you live in Malta.. Nice part of the world..
A lot of British in Gozo.. Where I holidayed a while back..
I'm unfamiliar with your health service there unfortunately.. (Or fortunate in my case.)

Just bite the bullet & see a doctor..

Thanks yes there r many British here :) they love the island
I'll speak with the doctor hopefully its just anxiety I have but worth to check :)

get a full blood check, ring first and book both an appointment with a fasting blood tests . this way only one appointment, don't eat for 12 hrs before appointment

Hi it is a good idea to check for diabetes initially but in case your reports come normal you will need further evaluation. If you are experiencing these hypo attacks inspite of normal food you need to check your sugars at the time of attack. If the sugars are really low then you might need to check your insulin levels

It's not down to the patient missing it but a GP. I presented with chronic thrush and a family history for several years and was missed until I saw a locum!

hi it came back normal a1c test I'm so happy :))
but what came low is vitamin d!! so probably that's what's causing my symptoms!
