Help! I have so much weight to lose

Just gave the blood yesterday - results next week! I worry as I can't get it any lower myself - I have not cheated once since January, so this is the absolute best I and my liver can do by themselves. Another pound off today, but I think this is the result of the other major stress in my life at the moment, and not the diet and exercise. I will look at the treadmill when I get home from work, but I think it has 'pro' in the name of the make. I bought is second-hand from Gumtree - someone's new year resolution a few years ago and 'hardly used' apart from hanging clothes on!
A pound off is still a pound off even if it is the result of other stress - well done. I am coveting that treadmill of yours!

This week hasn't been the best week in the world. I haven't exercised enough, drunk enough water, slept enough or eaten enough. I will try again to eat something at lunch time because I haven't eaten for 36 hours and that isn't going to do me any good long term. I have only had one day this week when I ate as much as 1200 calories.

Something I forgot to tell you last week was that now that it is too hot for a jumper, I have had to find a way of making the weight of what I wear to SW consistent every week. The weight of my original clothes that I wore every week was 3lbs 0.5 oz. The jumper was around 12 ounces., so I struggled to find the extra weight without wearing thicker clothes. Last week I found a solution to this problem, not perfect but a solution all the same. I found a large stone/small rock which weighs 9 oz. and put that in my pocket along with 10 pound coins. The main problems with this are 1. I need to remember to wear a really long t-shirt to cover up the fact that there is a rock in my pocket and 2. I need to be very careful not to take the rock out of my pocket and throw it at someone when I am in a mood, this was particularly relevant today, so I left as soon as I could.

This week I have lost 2.5lbs making a total of 30.5lbs in 12 weeks, which is 11.7% of my body weight.

Good stuff Zand! Or you could wear a pair of protective site boots and you could kick 'em.

Great result again well done . I follow your journey with interest as it reminds me of the time I did weight watchers and lost a lot of weight date my daughter was born . I know the feeling of stepping on those scales ! I am now the thinnest I have been for years but ij don't feel good about it because I lost it through reaction to drugs rather than healthy diet so I do not feel the same if I had done it through diet and exercise . You are nearly half way there can you believe it from your first post those 12 weeks ago amazing be proud of yourself x

Thanks Connie. You'll feel a bit better after your op when you can exercise a bit more. Right now I'm going to attempt to eat something
xx

I was like that with my last one Scandi. I think you may be pleasantly surprised by the results. Mine only went up to 49 from 40 even though I had stopped doing LCHF for a few months. My morning readings were around 8.3 at the time. Good luck for Friday
Thank you Zand and @peacetrain !
Also put on pound but don't know why!
Never mind!

And this is why I love you! I a. Still giggling at the thought of you with ten pounds in one pocket and a rock in the other! Thank you for making me smile!

Well I really like it that you are laughing....but what else am I supposed to do? It was the only thing I could find that was small enough to fit in a
pocket , yet heavy enough to make up most of the shortfall........

I tried to upload pictures of the treadmill but the file was too large. It is a Pro-Form 6.5Q. I was going to get my husband to take a picture of me on it to give you a laugh, but decided that you had been laughing quite enough for one day! I cannot for the life of me work out why you would put a stone in your pocket to be heavier!!!!!! I weigh myself in the morning in my nightie to be as light as possible!

In your nighty? Blimey, I weigh myself in my birthday suit, and take my specs off, even though it's difficult to read the dial. I also go to the loo first. Lol.

Does no-one in the world understand me?????? :) Now I know I am OCD about certain things, but when I go to SW I want to know how much weight I have really lost, so I want my clothes to weigh the same each week. :)Then I can tell you guys how much I have really lost. Am I so weird?:) If I didn't have pockets full of coins and pedro and car keys and the rock/stone then next week it would look like I hadn't done very well.......you guys are a very difficult audience.;)

Me too! Infact, I've found that if I go to the loo then leave it a couple of hours till 9 and weigh myself before eating I'm lighter! Lol!

Well obviously I go to the loo before leaving the house to drive to SW....does that mean I'm a little more normal?

It's no different to @Bluetit1802 and I weighing ourselves naked! For the same reasons! Good grief! Now you can laugh at us!
