Apologies, this is spam and to get rid of the 'introduce yourself.....' prompt.

In the interest of providing some meaning,T2 age 33 completely out of the blue 6foot 1inch 14stone on diagnosis. Low carbing down to 13stone in four months. readings are now in pre diabetic levels.
