Breakfast

Eggs any way cooked. Bacon mushrooms. Or greek yoghurt and blueberries or cold cuts and cheese. Or an omlette. Or a green veggie juice some people can manage porridge. Not me. You need to test before and 2 hrs after...lots of ideas
 
97% meat sausage and 2 poached or fried eggs. Cooked in ghee!
 
2 dark rye ryvita, half fat cheese, thin sliced ham, and a coffee with skimmed milk.
 
Total greek joghurt with cinnamon sprinkled generously on top. Cinnamon helps to reduce levels
quite well and I love it!
 
Would have given that a like but coffee is pure evil.

I still haven't quite got used to coffee without sugar.
I don't like it with sugar at all any more, but without sugar, it doesn't taste as good as my memory tells me it used to.
I doubt it'll ever be a drink I enjoy at much as I used to again.

I had to get home from school ( a couple of years ago) because the teachers were making coffee in their staff room. I cant abide the stuff.
