5,2 this morning.

After a late night last night, had to accompany the wife to a work function, my head is killing me ( despite having nothing stronger than a diet coke).

Have a tennis lesson to go to at 8:00am and then I promised my mom to help her pick the olives from the trees in her garden so that we can have them pressed into olive oil.

I have never done this before and it looks like back breaking work so wish me well.

It sure does mate :) ... and yes, take care

Early start this morning so had to set the alarm for 5.30am

7.2 at bedtime (ate late last night)
6.6 fasting.....

5.9 pre dinner

This is becoming predictable (lunch / dinner) I'm glad to say .. really hot day (100F) so just roast chicken with broccoli tonite

Take care out there Mike :)

4.5 this morning. Subconsciously I think that I view anything under 5 as where I would like to be. Had the DN tickle my feet yesterday. Just a slightly high bottom blood pressure reading a concern, is that systolic or diastolic? Anyway I just need to send some home readings through to the doctor to confirm that all is OK, which I already have and are fine. I am in the happy position of being able to e-mail these direct to him, which seems very modern for the NHS to me, but really handy.

Doing a rain dance for you..:happy:

I'm looking forward to it :)

That was the killer.

You guys envy me? Nope, I love the cold. ALWAYS easy to get warm but bloody hard to stay cool.

Love you guys :) Mike

I have a sister-in-law in Queensland just outside Ipswich. Spent many a happy hour on the sunshine coast when she lived in caloundra.havent Ben over since she moved but fancy another cheap holiday :)
