My plan today patsy is to try making that cake for the first time too! I'm going to work out the total carbs first though so I can be sure that a portion will keep within my daily quota!! ( ever pedantic me!!)6.4 this am I decided to make a low carb chocolate cake yesterday recipe found on this forum it was simply delicious and had some for my supper and as you can see levels dropped.....bet wiegth goes up though laughs

5.4 for me today another Saturday at home, still feels strange after 20 months of working part or all weekend! Have halted the "dating game", bit of a shame but there you go! I am going out tonight though with an old work mate and my cousin, late night on the town like we used to until a couple of years ago, New outfit all ready too (could be a new date on the horizon- always onwards and upwards with me!)
Vodka is my drink too cold ethyl- though as I discovered last Saturday afternoon watching the band, it affects me a lot quicker than pre-low carb, so won't be going too overboard!! There is no actual hot date planned tonight......ever positive me just summising that there could be if anyone of interest crops up tonight!!Enjoy. I'm having a late night too though no new hot date on horizon unless I give into drink and see Mr E anew through vodka., lime and soda goggles!

I have seen the thread in fasting blood glucose, but was wondering what they are for only Type 2's.
Mine are between 4.5 and 6.0 depending on what I have eaten / drunk the night before.

Just made and tried a slice, trying to load a photo but can't from my kindle at the moment! Using the recipe on here took 25gm coconut flour which works out at 5gm carbs, about 1gm for cocoa, eggs, butter, baking powder no carbs......??
