Drinks - tea, 1 sweetner and semil skimmed milk.
- sparkling flavoured water.

Does this sound ok?
Also am i ok drinking flavoured still water through the night?

Sorry to ask, but Its early days and im not sure

The only comments I have about the food are as follows.

If you prefer the taste of semi skimmed milk then that's fine but that's the only reason to avoid full fat milk since it is not harmful.

There are things sold which are called chicken fillets which are minced chicken and flour and spike me very much. Was the texture of the meat such that it was like real whole chicken? If that was so then it's fine. Check the label for carbohydrates.

Hello. I can only speak for myself , so ... apple: bad for me by itself, but I occasionally chop one up in my porridge groats, which are whole grain oats soaked overnight. Rolled oats are no good for me. And full-cream milk, and better still cream, and better still double cream for me. Blueberries good.
White bread ouch, wholemeal or granary bread slightly less ouch, Waitrose LivLife low-carb bread a little ouch; toasted with lots of butter, ok. Always from frozen. Seeds good, most nuts good, cheese good.
The dinner would suit me except the spuds, new, small, or anything. Or sweet potatoes alas. If I want mash I do butternut squash with butter & cheese & maybe some chopped spring onion. I avoid instant gravy and make mine with alternative flour, usually buckwheat .
I don't like sweeteners except xylitol in cake icing and again full cream milk or cream in coffee. I've abandoned ordinary tea.
What is this water you speak of flavoured with?
Is all that any help?

Thankyou for the reply. I have been on semi skimmed milk for years, and now prefer it to full fat milk. The chicken fillets are exactly chicken fillets, no added water, sugars etc. Just fresh fillets frozen.

Thankyou for the reply, the porridge was already pre packaged with apple and blueberry. The bread was purchased in error, it looked brown and was purchased by my other half, nuts and seeds where already in the bread. Will swap potatoes for sweet potatoes (l like them) The water was flavoured with strawberry.

From your previous postings I appreciate that a lot of the time you're feeling pretty ****, so don't try to do everything at once and do take it easy. If tea with sweetener and semi-skimmed is like it used to be for me, namely an aaaaaaah lovely moment, carry on for the time being :)

Some people do eat a few small roasted potatoes it is individual taste and choices.....
I take almond milk ....and I eat porridge with blue berries ...so can't say about milk ...

You will discover what is best for you ....
By others sharing you get different ideas ....
It is really all about different experiences ....what is right for one person may be different for another ....
You will get there...best wishes ...Kat

Why not make your own gravy .. Before you cook the main part of the meal, just chop an onion into a wok or saucepan .. Gentley fry, then add a small chopped tomato and a flat mushroom sliced .. Fry a little more .. Then add a stock pot or your own veggie stock if you have it ... Then cover with a little boiling water .. Simmer while you cook the rest of your meal ... Add a small spoon of corn flour mixed in cold water to thicken .. This should give you a very thick mix ... Just befor dishing up your veggies, take the cooking water from your veggies to thin down the gravey ... If you want a smooth gravy, strain into a sauce boat .. Or spoon the mixture over your food ... Yummmmmmmmm ... Must add I am a vegetarian .. So chicken stock could be use instead of vegetable stock.
Don't know why I have given you the info to cook gravy .. Think I am hungrey and looking forward to my dinner .. With gravy ... I have never made this myself .. But the wife has it written down for me incase I want to cook it. She adds, I can add half a spoon of horseradish or mustard in the yellow pot ? To give it a fuller flavour ............... Oooooooooo dinners ready :D

I can only tolerate 15 grams oats. I make or ridge with water and add ground almonds as they give it a creamy texture.

Burgen bread is ok for me and there is the large or small loaf to choose from. I have one small slice on weekdays at work. I toast it from frozen and put tinned mackerel on top - princes with olive oil and Italian herbs. One tin provides 2 servings. Or i toast it and have it with blue cheese and broccoli soup. Careful with soup because they're often thickened with potato.
You'll find your way and your own preferences/what does and doesn't work. You have the will :-)
