88mg/dl this morning ,after pigging out on 400 grams of sour cream last night. Some miss fruit, some miss bread and some miss sour cream. I miss ...............

6.5 this morning. 5 last night. Raging toothache.. Not much sleep.. Not a happy bunny.
I feel for you. Not too many things I hate more than having a toothache.

Even going to the dentist is preferable :-)

Grrr.. my fasting reading are pants at the moment... not sure what it going on. Guess my body is missing all that metformin.

6.1 on waking
9.4 before breakfast.

I'm thinking of having my liver cut out :nailbiting:

5.7 this morning. Still got sore throat and feel rubbishy. I think we all need to move to warmer climes for the Winter.

5.7 after evening meal
5.3 at bedtime
5.6 at 1-30am bathroom visit
5.8 this morning

Hopefully this means I was in the 5's for 12 consecutive hours

sooo confused, last nights meal 6pm Bs at bedtime 8.2 this morning 10.9? did i raid the fridge in my sleep?
Quite a common pattern unfortunately, dawn syndrome. Your liver has raised your glucose levels in the morning so that you have the necessary energy resources for the day's activities.
One of the main reasons why the morning's fasting levels are the hardest to predict.

4.8 before dinner
5.7 after dinner
5.7 fasting
@fionamarie its DP, dawn phenomenon, there is a lot of info available on the forum in regards to this. You might need to eat some light low carb snack like some nuts just before you go off to sleep.
@pavlosn the pics you post everyday makes the day so much brighter for everyone, we almost always have a dull morning.
