She DID want a tennis ball!!. Just download the App. Found the thread easy enuf, but could I post or reply? Nope, took ten mins to find how to login.....got there in the end =-O

Meant to add she ATE half a tennis ball the other day. She used to love to just chew on them - never a damaged on since I've had her - until the steroids. Alas it's a choice of tennis balls or being able to walk.....

Some of the dogs look less than happy in them, downright I "hate this" on one of their faces. I do wish people would let their dogs walk as nature intended...... I think though for you @kman one would be great for when the pup is too young to go outdoors on the ground without his jabs - be nice and safe so he couldn't jump of your lap ut could tour the "world" and get to know all the sights and sounds safely.......

Mine wants to go poopies so best let her out (the pictured one) though it could be a ruse to get a tennis ball from outside to eat (dam steroids and fishy glue)

Wendie Knits a Lot, you should see the jumper she recently made me with Betty Boop on the front, and Noddy on the back I love it , next one will have Ermingtrude from the Magic Roundabout, Benny the Ball from Topcat, and. Homer Simpson on it. ? Picture to follow !
 
Anyone know how to add pictures from your drive not from a website address ?

I think you would be surprised how small dog owners do buy this kinda addition to their dogs wardrobe ! If you are really interested then you could also market it for the very old dog with mobility problems.
Kman, could you ask Wendie to teach The Wife to knit ! thats one thing she cannot do ..Hope you have your little jumpers and matching boots ready for puppy :rolleyes:

Aw, poor pup. Don't like seeing them fully dressed up like this. The odd bit or for fancy dress like we have at Agility Xmas party
 
At some of the Saluki Fun shows we have a dressing up class .. The hounds love it .. So do the owners .. But no hound is forced into costume .. If it's not their thing then nothing on this earth will get them into an outfit !

Any activity ( within reason ) that involves dog and owner can be a good thing. I would rather see a dog dressed up than one left in a corner to rot ... Kman you will find what right for you and your puppy ..
(BTW .. Just a note on Saluki's .. They really feel the cold so will always be wearing coats and jackets in the winter.. )
 
Yes, I see where your coming from. Dressed up wth love = better than starved and neglected

yes, and I have seen some very bad neglected dogs in my time .. and seen some over pampered pets .. finding the balance between fun and OTT .. that the trick we all have to learn :rolleyes:
