What's the weather where you're at.

Hoping, for your sake, the sky stays clear! Sounds like a lovely time for a fire. Stay warm!
Yes it would be great to light the converted oil drum I acquired, get a good pile of wood in & out it bangs out tbe heat.
Where about are you? It not say on your profile that I can see..

I'm in the north of Florida, USA. Not like Miami, but not near as cold as it sounds like your area is. Where are you, please?

Yes a tad, but on a hill overlooking the bay so not as warm here as at sea level. Yes you can walk to the sea but It's the walk up the steep hill that kills.

Imagine so. But maybe 'just a wee stretch of the legs'...(sorry, that's a quote from a much-loved movie...). Though the walk would definitely do us good! It does sound quite nice.

And in complete contrast to last night, woke. To a slight frost, by 1000 it had warmed up & the sun was shining bright, I can feel that my face has caught the sun today while I was in the back garden & this evening is like a spring night, really warm considering the time of year. CRAZY.

That IS crazy. It's very warm outside here, tho the house retains a dampness. The forecast predicts more of the same pleasant weather here til Monday when it will begin to edge towards close to freezing by the end of the week. Hope you didn't get a burn on your face. Enjoy the mild evening, Paul.

No not burnt just warm, the sky has cleared here now so temp may drop over night. Looks like the next week the temps are going to be around the 9's in the day but a bit of a breeze making it feel colder..

Hopefully that will make for a pleasant week. Sounds like your daytime temps will be a wee bit cooler than ours. So strange, this weather. With the dampness inside, even mild temps seem too much. This weather is cause for many a cup of hot cocoa. Home made &, happily, no sugar needed:).
Are you a type 2, Paul? If it's already indicated somewhere, well, I'm not quite familiar with things yet.
