Can Laughter Really Help Control Blood Sugar Levels?

On Saturday night, my lovely teenager, unknown to me, was videoing me on her ipod, I was in the kitchen and my teenager likes me to do the 'meow' song and I was singing it, then I had to get on and stood in the middle of the kitchen like a statue ( helps me to concentrate) as I didn't know where my carbs book was, teenager said it was on the table, I said "ohhhhhh, so you hid it " and then I saw what she had videoed, well, I was in fits of laughter, I just couldn't stop and my sides were hurting so much, we were both laughing , god did I look funny on the video, hilarious :hilarious: and I hadn't laughed like that for such a long time, laughter is great medicine to take :) Great thread :D

Bloody Hewl, that brought back a memory. I was on honeymoon with my first wife when I got called up on the stage along with 4 others. We then stood there whilst the host sang this song and in turn the guests (MUGS) had to do the laughing bit. At the end of the song the audience had to vote as to who was the best, and guess what.............................well of course, it goes without saying really...................I won:singing::D:D
All postcards received will be autographed and returned.:D
 
There used to be a laughing policeman in a glass case
at blackpool here in northwest (lancs)
We could put 10p in - and laugh along with him :joyful::singing:

All of a sudden, the laughing Policeman popped into my head, so I googled it and found the clip and what a laugh he had :hilarious: it certainly put a smile on my face.

Blimey I remember that too. He used to move about and laugh. He he he those were the days.:D
 
I remember that policeman in Blackpool anna,he did make you laugh.
I could do with a laugh today,feeling down and stressed and there is no reason for it.
I have read that Metformin can effect your mood ,but I should be used to it after 6 months,I still get stomach cramps at times.
