I never get any different feelings over carbs, to protein, to fats.
In fact my last mega excess was fat.
A christmas market, and I had a mega bag of fresh pork scratchings.
Several thousand calories probably, but I did manage to eat the entire bag.
Even though I knew the fat was going to come back on me later.
Which it did.
Just the greasy, drippy, knowing it was bad for me taste, that sang it's seductive song, as it dripped through the paper bag, and rendered the see through image of the attractive, super greasy scratchings visible through brown paper.

But there's always tomorrow to make up for it :)

It's always been carbs with me.. Bread, enough pasta to feed the Vatican, three carb heavy meals a day, used to eat fruit by the pound. Yes I like fat, but I have a limit and don't do butter and cream as not my thing. But give me a family sized bag of onion rings , a baguette and a baked spud and I'm like a pig in mud...

It's odd how different we all all.
I would have stopped if it was a bag of buttons, or a french stick.
A piece of fruit, I'm done.

I don't like grease, fat normally repeats badly on me, (omeprazole is my christmas friend :) ), but when I find one I can tolerate, I know it's time to make a pact with tomorrow. :)

It was always the same with me @cold ethyl Savoury carbs all the way. Bread of any which sort, especially baguettes, potatoes by the lorry load. Couldn't have a sandwich or salad without crisps. Favourite veggies peas and more peas, plus carrots and baked beans. I never did have a sweet tooth, never ate cheese or cream but loved my chips. Strangely, since going low carb but still having small portions of bread and spuds I've never had any cravings at all. Guess I'm lucky.

6.3 this morning.....much better than yesterday. Late night snacking is probably the cause this morning, No more stuffing and potatoes for me in the near future. Yesterday was a not good, haven't felt that bad in a long time. Carbs and starches are pure evil! This morning I tried something new. Egg salad with mashed avocado mixed in (minced onion, mustard, full fat mayo...). Yummy!

You see, it's christmas, and I think, having seen the christmas disney films, been to midnight mass etc.

Who would I rather meet in a dark ally at midnight.

Satan himself, or Mr Potato Head from Toy Story?

My definition of pure evil is personal as well I guess :)

If in doubt, anyone you can turn into a bag of 'Golden Wonder Ready Salted' though, with merely a sharp knife, a chip pan, and a salt cellar?

YUMMY. I want some. :D

Stop with the crisp torture... I love crisps, chips, noodles with chips , chips with chips and crisps.

I had one teeny half roast spud tonight. Just done 25 minutes peddling as penance.

Now if you'd have had crisps, you would only have needed to do 15 minutes peddling:D:D

If I'd had crisps I'd still be in the pantry with my head stuck in a bag of onion rings.

I do allow myself a few crisps out of Mr E's bag if we go out for a drive then do a bit of walking to shift them.
