That looks like Richard Dean Anderson of MacGyver and Stargate fame to me

I've never seen MacGyver but Stargate is one of my favourite programmes - he seems to have aged a lot recently though!

I agree. I think is is Richard Dean Anderson also. As MacGyver he was a one man A-team. He assembled things from junk.
