Just found this on another site and thought it might be good if you like lasagne but can't have the pasta sheets.
Below are the ingredients for making Almond flour Lasagne sheets
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I HAVE NOT TRIED THIS RECIPE OUT YET OR CHECKED THE CARB VALUES OF THE INGREDIENTS, SO TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

500g raw almond flour
250 grams tapioca flour
1 tblspoon xantham gum
8 beaten eggs

Knead the whole lot together, roll it out thin as possible, slice into tagliatelle or lasagne sheets and hang out to dry.

Boil for 5-10 minutes to cook.

That's a big batch by the way, so halve the amounts depending on how many mouths you have to feed! It can be kept in the fridge for weeks though, or frozen forever.

Not giving you the job of adverising and marketing director.. You just blown that!! :)

SORRY!! I'm sure I don't know what you're on about:rolleyes: I think it might be a good idea if you stopped drinking tonight as it seems to be affecting your eyesight.:p

How about a View attachment 10418 No chips, no buns, no doughnuts, no coke, just plain burgers with or without cheese, lettuce, full english breakfast without fried bread, coffee with double cream, coke zero, and greek yoghurt and berries to replace the McFlurry. :D

Oh, and knives and forks:D

A full english breakfast without fried bread..........................................NEVER :D
