Hi Mae - Welcome aboard.
I can understand you don't want to lose too much more weight, as you must be quite slight. I'm 5ft 3in, and weigh exactly the same as you, so we must be a similar scale. Whilst we're both very slim, it seems we're still within a healthy range, which is always good to know.
You may not be 50 years old, but age doesn't affect the scores (for adults).
I've been rock solid stable at this weight (+/- 1kg at any time) for several months now, but the balance took a bit of achieving. I started by adding a few peanuts with/after my lunch. I dose them by the eggcupful, as it's so easy to just consume a whole load, and if I have too many, I end up with gippy tummy. When that wasn't quite enough, I added some cheese, and used mini Babybel as an easy to measure, consistent dosing method.
I'm not a great day to day measurer or weigher or foods/meals, but as a data monster, I needed to do this at the outset, in order to understand my body's reaction. I also chose to modify my eating around my lunch as I had sussed my breakfast, and enjoy what I was having, and I have so much variety in my evening meals it would take too long to achieve robust results. By recording all you eat etc., you can soon see where your nutrient/calorific balance is, then go about varying what gives you those levels and achieving a more varied diet.
I found balancing my weight far harder than losing it. For me, losing was a bit of a breeze, to be honest.
Good luck with it. I'm afraid it's trial and error, to an extent.
