4.1 this morning though went for a run/walk afterwards and not had breakfast as yet.

On the good news front stepped on the scales today and was glad to see that I am at 66kg so I have lost 4kg/9 pounds in a month so not bad going. Still a long way to go from the target weight of 55kg. The doctor will say the ideal weight is 60kg but I am applying my normal minus 10% rule.

Low carbing, meter monitoring and run/walk goes on :-)

Well done, great weight loss.

5.4 - much higher than the temperature out there. Lovely sunshine so I'll go wth the cold ;). 4.8 at bedtime BEFORE hunk of cheese and 2 Krackawheat

Been weighed down to 70kg so have lost 2kg or 4.4lbs since been in hospital. Got phsyio later and asthma nurse is coming back with new inhalers later. Still waiting on cons but know he is busy and prof himself wants to see me.

Sounds good going but guessing it actually reflects all the hospital food that you can't eat :(. Fingers crossed new inhalers help...

5.7 when I got up and still 5.7 after a trip to Curves and a bit of grocery shopping. Then breakfast...

Prelunch 5.3

@ 2 hours 8.0 ! No more beetroot for me. One of my highest ever readings.

Still learning ....
