Not sure if there is any, but if its scabbed then the healing process has began, better to leave it alone unless you have any concerns, in which case you would get your gp to look at it.
Having recently had a knee replaced and a beautiful scar several inches long on my knee, the doctors, nurses and physios all recommended E45 cream. Admittedly that was to help the scar tissue sort itself out, at least it won't do any harm.
